Job Summary

- Responsible for SAP Key User, Bonaparte Key User for PUR department;

- Responsible for Indirect material Purchasing with area of HRL service, Consumables, EGA testing lab service etc

- Lead Negotiation with suppliers for contracts, price, payment terms, charge, improvements etc;

- Supplier selection for new projects and supplier based Ｏn decision matrix;

- Drive cost savings projects via RPP projects;

- Supplier mentor responsible for supplier performance monitoring and improvement;



Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Indirect Purchasing category: HRL service, Consumables, EGA testing lab service etc;
Conduct RFQ, and cost analysis based Ｏn supplier quotation and breakdown to identify cost saving opportunities;
Conduct price negotiation with supplier based Ｏn industry standard and Bosch benchmarking level;
Conduct supplier overall management assessment, together with user department (i.e. HRL, EGA, QMM etc);
Lead contract signing with supplier;
As supplier mentor, to manage responsible supplier performance and continuous improvement for excellence.
Issue PO to supplier after PR is approved;

Qualifications
Education：Bachelor degree of Engineering，Major of Engineering, Business, Economic management, Supply Chain Management, etc preferred

Working Experience ：At least 3 years’ experience in non-production Purchasing Function，With Indirect material purchasing area of Service, Machine, Consumables experience preferred;

Knowledge/Skills/Training:SAP system or similar experience;Microsoft PPT, Excel good skills;

Language(English):Basic communication in English, fluent in writing and speaking is preferred
