PRIMARY PURPOSE:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Key Functions include
a. Act as Sales Engineer and responsible On Molex revenue growth and Relationship built On assigned EV customer
b. To closely engage with assigned EV customer, keep early involved in the new project with Molex solution, and keep program tracking for business won, for business penetration increased
c. To dig out potential opportunities and respond customer’s enquiries effectively, like inquiry for product application & technical specification, product pricing information
d. To identify Key Person from customer as decision maker for Molex solution, including R&D, Supplier Management, Architecture engineering and sourcing team...
e. Understanding of competitor status and product strategy to OEM/Tiers
f. Liaise with BUs and select the right products to penetrate to ChangAn’s BOM
g. To identify NEV automotive market trend and new application requirement, back to internal for business justification and new product development
2. Must learn basic Automotive knowledge especially NEV application requirement to effectively coordinate with relevant Molex teams to recommend a suitable solution to the customer
3. Visit customers On a need basis to build relationship
4. Track & maintain SalesForce opportunity data accurately for assigned customers, to maintain a healthy pipeline
5. Review monthly analytics to identify area of improvement
6. Perform other related duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or above (Be capable both in written and spoken English)
2. Be proactive, Accountable and Self-motivation
3. Profitable growth of assigned accounts and adequate pipeline to meet business target
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
EXPERIENCE:
1. With working experience as Sales support or R&D Engineering or Quality Engineering roles to EV market
2. Connector background is preferable
