岗位从事后台支持相关工作(无销售)
如有相关行业经验优先考虑,能适应英语书面环境
岗位为怀孕替岗,暂定6-8个月,如果后期工作表现佳,可优先考虑内部其他后台运营岗位转岗
工作职责:
- 协助客户经理做好内部沟通和客户服务工作
- 和后援支持中心配合完成客户准入调查工作
- 负责额度管理费,营业额申报和年度保费调整工作
- 配合运营部门做好每周数据更新
- 部门经理分配的其它特别任务
任职要求:
- 流利的英语书写能力,中文读写能力
- 善于沟通交流和处理人际关系
- 拥有强烈的责任心,做事仔细认真,条理清晰
- 拥有较强的自我驱动力和自主性

- Assist Account Manager in customer service, internally with other departments mostly
- Responsible for Know Your Customer process with Back office
- Responsible for credit limit fee, turnover declaration and premium adjustment process
- Follow with China operation team with weekly datum check and update
- Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by team manager

- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Presentable with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
