Warehousing an d Distribution Operation Supervisor

Purpose of the Role:
WnD operation supervisor role of WnD Distribution Centers in Shenzhen. To supervise, coach, lead and inspire operation team members in warehouse. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Coordinating workflow and ensure shop floor staff is following the working instruction

Key Responsibilities and Geography:
? To supervise, coach, lead and inspire team members in warehouse
? Lead a team of 5-15 shop floor staff to carry out the daily warehouse operation
? Functions required in inbound, outbound, cycle count, replenishment, labeling and other warehouse related operation.
? Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
? Coordinating workflow and ensure shop floor staff is following the working instruction.
? Promoting cooperative team relationships
? Performing and/or coordinating the training of associates Ｏn work techniques, promoting continuous improvement and cost saving
? Maintaining related records or reports as required and resolving discrepancies where needed
? Assisting the Warehouse Associates in resolving various work related issues.
? To investigate and recommend corrective actions for complaints Ｏn operation services and quality issues.
? Any other ad-hoc assignments from Office staff
? Work in warehouse located at Yantian Bonded Logistics Park
? Hardware maintenance

Required experience & skills:
? Extensive WnD warehouse operation and WMS experiences
? Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills
? People management experiences
? Collaboration and influencing skills
? Understanding of local cultures
