research manager

Requirements:

• Graduate degree, preferably in economics, journalism and/or other business-related disciplines;

• Keep up-to-date with hot topics in the Chinese economy, and demonstrate an ability to quickly accumulate knowledge and turn information into knowledge and insight;

• At least 7 years of experience in information and/or research, experience in business journalism, academic research, think tanks, research consultancy would be a plus;

• Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment;

• A strong team player, collaborate with others within and across teams;

• Ability to take an issue and turn it into researchable questions, present research findings;

• Have curiosity, desire, and openness to learn;

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBI would be a plus.
