Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager of Internal Communications is responsible for supporting the Internal Communications team in Hong Kong and mainland China to design, develop and produce People related communication plan and materials to share across multiple communications platforms to support KPMG China strategies.
- Project manage and/or support firm-wide or functional internal communications and engagement projects from start to finish, often working across business functions and regions to deliver impact, with a focus On People & Culture initiatives.
- Develop impactful bilingual communications content and support (and translations where needed) for various channels, including staff newsletter, leadership announcement, video channels, digital poster, social collaboration platform, etc.
- Support content development for people and culture related stories for KPMG social media channels.
- Provide event support to ensure the successful delivery of face-to-face or virtual engagement between the leadership and employees, including but not limited to townhall meetings, regional and function initiatives.
- Actively identify opportunities to engage KPMG China employees utilising different contents and through different channels.
- Conduct metrics analysis and reporting where appropriate to continue improving On the delivery of internal communications and engagement campaigns.
- Opportunity to get involved in firm-wide transformation and change projects.

Experience
A university degree holder in Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
3-5 years of working experience in corporate communications/content development/PR is desired
PR agency experience is an asset
