Responsibilities
? Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organizations internal HR information services system, which may include databa
? Serves as subject matter expert for HR solutions, databa
? Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance as needed
? Collaborates to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services; recommends and implements solutions
? Manages permissions, access, and similar system operations and settings for users
? Collect user requirements, and analyse, design and test programs to meet special and Ongoing needs of HR information
? Compiles or assists with complex data reports and/or summaries as requested
? Working alongside the local and regional ITS to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
? Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
? Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications
? Provide support On various ad hoc projects or tasks
Requirements
? A degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology or Statistics
? At least five years of solid working experience in HRIS, including full life cycle implementation experience
? Prior HR experience with an emphasis On system solutions and administration; experience in a professional services firm is advantageous
? Experience in SAP, SuccessFactors and Reporting tools will be advantage
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
? Can-do attitude, experience of working On own initiative within a changing and dynamic environment and commitment to high standards of excellence
? Good project management skills
? Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as HR analytics.
