Responsibilities：
1. Handle general inquiry & complaint from clients & other department’s colleague.(35%)
2. Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely.(25%)
3. Maintain client and improve client retention rate (12%)
4. Prepare checklist & Generate test reports (6%)
5. Coordinate the projects with inorganic lab and organic lab. (8%)
6. Performs ad-hoc assignment as required (8%)
7. Improve personal capability (6%)
Requirement：
1. College or Bachelor Degree holder.
2. Two years relative working experience in third-party chemical lab.
3. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods.(main for Regulation Ｏn Food contact materials, such as EU, LFGB, DGCCRF, FDA, etc)
4. Good understanding in quality and workflow in chemical laboratories
5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
6. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
