-Lead of quality planning (APQP) in customer project
主导客户项目中项目开发质量计划(APQP)
? -Responsible for coordination of preparing and handling of customer auidt / visit activities
负责协调客户审核/客户拜访活动
2. Customer′s approvals/ 客户批准
-Support the TK-Bilstein plants for customer approvals 为TK-Bilstein的客户批准提供支持
? -Prepare the required documentation of Internal PPAP or EMPB 准备内部PPAP或EMPB所需材料
? -Communicate with customer for customer release (PPAP or EMPB) 针对顾客批准(PPAP或EMPB)与顾客进行沟通

3. Customer complaint management in project phase/ 项目样件阶段的顾客抱怨管理
? -Analyzing customer returned products (0-Km) 顾客零公里退货的分析
-Initiating short-term actions if necessary to securing the customer 如有必要启动短期措施以确保顾客的安全
? -Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive actions in case of customer complaint
? 协调和确认针对顾客抱怨所采取的纠正和预防措施
? -Communicating with customer for problem solving 与顾客就问题的解决进行沟通
? -Reporting and documentation 报告和记录

? -Planning and conducting of internal product and requalification test.
