Your Responsibility
? Define the enterprise architect standard and together within IT team
? Cross-department communication and coordination to fulfill the project schedule and business goal
? Identify and analyze business department’s requirement and bring up with solutions
? Application project management, such as coordination, organization, supervise, reporting and documentation
? Control the project schedule, monitor project risks to ensure project quality
? Supplier management to ensure the delivery of projects with timely and high quality manner
? Application key user training organization and tracking
? Design the system architecture according to business and IT requirement of performance/capacity
? Application change request management, such as coordination, organization, supervise, reporting and documentation
? Get close contact with ITP and VGC to ensure that VW IT standard following

Our Requirements
? Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in information system and information management, software development
? Good English, German would be a plus
? 3 years' work experience in software project management field
? Rich experience Ｏn application development or testing
? Quick learning for new IT technology and platforms
? Knowledge Ｏn software development framework
? Agile experience is preferred
? Be familiar with middleware, micro services and major cloud services such as Azure and AWS
? Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
? Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
