Your Responsibility
? Analyze and evaluate material properties for Erstmusterprüfung, series monitoring of tightening components in battery system.
? Assessment of the failure parts from metal materials, documentation, description of the failure status and gathering of all necessary information about the part and vehicle / test history.
? Support process optimization and supplier from material technology’ view
? Provide technical support for failure analysis to meet product quality requirements in accordance with the VW standard or international standard (e.g. ISO standard).
? Establishment/ Involvement of working groups to solve material-related problems.
? Coordination with other VW networks about failure analysis
? Independent Planning, implementation and coordination of chemical and / or physical and / or functional tests and investigations of metallic materials.
? Aim in specific expertise of metal materials with WOB Lab. Transfer of specific know-how to other VW colleagues.
? Establish and conduct process of metallic material technology evaluation of suppliers for battery system.
? Independently optimize, develop and verify test method/ procedures
? Provider supplier with effective suggestions or measures Ｏn technical consulting.
? Support laboratory accreditation by K-GQL and the target of the VW Group lab audit.Support of the internal audit (e.g. QMS audit) and the external audit (e.g. ISO 9000; Achieving ISO 14000).

Our Requirements
? Master or comparable, PhD or comparable in metallic material science/ engineering, metallurgical engineering or mechanical engineering, preferably education abroad.
? Well-grounded Ｏn automobile component knowledge as well as knowledge of manufacturing processes, test methods and quality measuring concepts.
? Basic knowledge Ｏn Q-methods (FMEA, SPC, MFU, QPN, 2TP)
? PEP-basic knowledge, sampling processes.
? Min. 3 years’ experience Ｏn tightening related process/material analysis of tightening components
? Well experienced in metallic material technology (development, production or quality) and in failure analysis
? Prefer working experiences in battery supplier or OEM
? Well experienced in Battery techniques
? Work independently,
? Good technical understanding of laboratory, teamwork,
? Good communication and cooperation skills, responsibility, assertiveness, problem-solving ability,
? Technical depth in electric material.
? Strong analytical thinking,
? Excellent presentation skills.
? Chinese, fluent German and/or English
? Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
? Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
