Your Responsibility
· Control and coordinate parts incoming, internal parts flow and delivery information to customers. Guarantee the smooth flow of physical logistics and information
· Assume primary responsibility in warehouse management and have a good understanding of all aspects of the warehouse
· Responsible for the risk management of logistics and be the coordinator of risk management
· Organize regular inspection of logistics equipment by warehouse operators and perform routine maintenance
· Organize warehouse operators to conduct regular material counts and analyze inventory discrepancies
· Responsible for the development of KPI matrix and related KPIs, continuous correction of KPI indicators, improvement of content and structure of KPI reports, annual target changes and review of all KPIs
· Collect information from different areas through SAP, WEB-EDI and WMS. Prepare KPI reports and analyze performance to identify problems, analyze them and solve them
· Organize KVP seminars regularly, provide theoretical training to staff, continuously improve logistics processes and reduce costs according to the actual situation in the warehouse, and develop warehouse operation guidelines
· Responsible for the basic management of personnel in the organization, including but not limited to recruitment, training and performance appraisal of personnel

Our Requirements
· Bachelor or above
· Completed studies with the focus Ｏn logistics or economics
· Minimal 1 year experience in the field of logistic, KVP related work experience
· Chinese: native language; English: excellent
· excellent MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Outlook), Web-EDI, SAP-System, WWS
