Your Responsibility
? Receive and track the technical changes documents from the AVON-system (Group Application System for Documentation and Tracking of Technical Changes); Recording and tracking of the technical changes in the related projects. Analysis the effects Ｏn VWAC together with each related departments.
? Sharing and explain the technical information of technical changes to related departments. Track and present the technical changes in the weekly meeting "Aeko Round" or related projects’ Meeting / SET.
? Leading and steering the evaluation process of each related projects’ technical change with VGC-purchasing, planning, TQ and TL, summary and entry of the opinion from each department in AVON system. For cost related technical changes, check the plausibility of the cost and support to present with BOM and get release.
? Support the AVON release and final change release of each technical change together with Change Management Department and technical development
? Coordinate and monitor the implementation of related projects’ technical changes. Create the time schedule and implement plan according the release requirement and condition from each department. Determine technical changes, and control the parts switch through the distribution of Einsatzmeldung.
? Coordinate the evaluation and implementation of technical changes between VWA and VWAC, trouble shooting and problem solving for the related topic about technical changes, which effects both VWA and VWAC.
? Maintain and control the related projects’ parts list. Create the part list for series and pre-series production as well as the parts list for the ZSB components.
? Create the related projects’ deviation permission from TL. Track and analysis the related projects’ deviation permission, which affects TL.
? Technical support for customs clearance of import and export of the related projects and ZSB components.
? Maintain the BOM, Routing, Working Center, Production Version as well as the basic data of each related projects’ component and after sales in SAP system.
? Maintain the Basic Data in the TPMS and IPDS System and document of the related projects’ technical changes in the TPMS and IPDS System.
? Presentation and tracking of Pre-Series status & Aeko status in the related projects’ TFT Meeting / SET Meeting / Project Meeting.
? Supervise the normal series production of the related projects. Trouble shooting and problem solving for the production problems.
? Coordinate and redact the TAeD Handbook
? Establish and distribute the Technological Changes KPI Report about evaluation and implementation time.
? Track the drawing of the related projects’ single parts, self-production parts and ZSB components.
? Support the line feeding of warehouse during the related projects’ pre-series production. Make sure that the right pre-series parts are fed Ｏn the production line.
? Provide support for EOP Projects and aftersales

Our Requirements
? Necessary education: Master
? Min.3 years’ professional experience in the field of technical management in the international company
? Personal skills: Mechanical Engineering
? Language skills: Fluent German; fluent English, Chinese (native speaker)
? IT Knowledge: MS-Office, APON-, SAP-System, AVON-, TEVON-, KVS-, TPMS-, WEBTesi-, ECA-, and Stereo-System
? Technical knowledge: Mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, logistics engineering
