职位描述:
- Achieve the successful sales development and agreed targets;
成功实现销售业务的增长及既定目标
- Identify new target customers/distributors and new sales opportunities in the responsible territory;
在所负责区域发掘新的目标客户,开发经销商及寻找新的销售机会;
- Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, solution presentations to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to orders;
策划及组织销售活动,如Demo演示、解决方案演示以找出客户需求并将机会转化成订单;
- Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationships with customers;
建立、维护、扩大和加强与客户的良好关系;
- Cooperate with service aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers and achieve customer satisfaction;
与售后服务团队紧密合作,为客户提供良好的售后服务并让客户满意;
- Communicate with product team in obtaining product support;
与产品团队沟通以得到产品支持;
- Provide all necessary information, training and support to key accounts and distributors;
向重要客户及分销商提供所有必要的信息、培训和相关支持;
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdues;
配合财务部门提高应收账款和超期货款的绩效;
- Analyse and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products.
分析并向管理层提供及时、准确的市场信息,如价格情况、竞争对手的产品及活动情况;
职位要求:
- Bachelor Degree on mechanical or engineering.
机械或工程学学士
- Minimum of 3 years working experiences in Vacuum or relevant industrial field.
3年以上真空或相关行业工作经验
- Excellent sales record from after-sales position selling high quality products;
售后销售岗位的优秀销售业绩
- Excellent forward planning, reporting and organization skills;
优秀的计划、汇报和组织能力
- Good Relationship & people skills development ability;
良好的人际关系和人际发展能力
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills;
优秀的演讲和谈判技巧
- Excellent verbal and written English required
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
- Intensive traveling activity
能够适应出差
