POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述

In charge of formulate molding process and production management of mold shop.

负责注塑工艺制定、生产管理。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

1. In charge of Molding Process of the new transferred Tooling, complete the process file and Operation Instruction.Responsible for trail mold, verification and confirmation production process, formulate the process documents and Operation Instruction;

2. 品的产能分析及生产从试模过程到生产工艺确定，编制工艺文件及作业指导书；

3. On the basis of the rolling forecast to make the month or week project to fulfilment rate of plan.

4. sponsible for making and implementation weekly / monthly production plans according rolling forecast;

5. 客户滚动预测制定并执行月、周生产计划；计划完成率100%；

6. Complete the KPI target to meet the Molding Shop requirement;

7. 部门相关KPI目标；

8. Keep on going to optimize the Molding Process and operation measurement to improve production efficiency;

9. 对注塑生产工艺进行优化及作业方式的改善，稳步提高生产效率；

10. In charge of supervising production process keep the products mass stability and optimize the defect ones;

11. 、监督生产过程，保持产品质量的稳定，对不良问题进行分析改善解决；

12. To make sure the information of the tooling and facilities exactly to ensure the maintenance process stable;

13. 具、设备维修人员提供准确的模具、设备状况，提高模具、设备的完好，保持产品质量的稳定因素；

14. Have training with the molding technicians and operators;

15. 部门注塑技术员、上料员及作业员培训；

16. Molding Shop operators evaluation;

17. 人员月度考核评定；.

18. Undertake any other task assigned by the superior.

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求

1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or High Polymer Material;

2. 以上学历，机械制造或高分子材料专业；

3. Be familiar with the automotive supply chain quality management measurement, IATF 16949 system;

4. 汽车供应链质量管理方法、IATF16949体系标准;

5. At least 10 years automotive molding parts working experience.

10年以上注塑行业（汽车零部件行业）工作经验。
