岗位职责:
1. Operation Management
1)Task Operation Management - Monitor each client team's AMP and OpEx related activity On the Supervisor Portal System; Coach and support the team to On-board new tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
2) Team Operation - Coach and support the client team's daily operation, regularly review business results; Optimize team operation.
3) Policy & Standard - Supervise and ensure the compliance of company policy and related projects. Follow ReSource Pro’s Information Security policies/guidelines, as well as the client’s security requirements, policies, and practices that are provided to ReSource Pro and information security requirements, while ensuring compliance within the team.
4) Innovation - Encourage a culture of Innovation, and ensure implementation of innovation ideas.
5) New Hire On-boarding - Plan resource needs; Assess the new hire and complete the new hire On-boarding process.
2. Talent Management
1) Talent Development - Coach and support the planning and implementation of each team member's individual development goal; Generate a team promotion plan and build a team pipeline.
2) Performance Management - Coach the planning and implementation of each team member's individual performance goal, and conduct regular performance feedback and evaluation; Manage bonus allocation and merit increase, and conduct related communication.
3) Daily Personnel Management - Handle special personnel cases.
4) Talent Engagement & Retention - Generate and implement an employee engagement & retention plan.
3. Client Management
1) Business Development - Explore business growth opportunities; Advance the transition and sales of new products.
2) Client Management - Plan and implement the Annual Plan of Client Growth and Management; Build and maintain the client relationship; Manage the team's routine reports.
3) New Client On-boarding - Plan and implement new client On-boarding; Build a team to serve the new client.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience
