Qualification:
1. Above 3 years working experience in automotive wiring harness or other Tier one industry area, BEV experience is a plus.
2. Technical degree or business-related degree.
3. Good oral and written English and communication skill.
4. Quick learner and good logical capability and can hard working.
5. Be good at or quick learner to make the purchasing statistics report through excel, word, PPT etc.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the Customer New Business quotes and product change request and ensure to submit the competitive BOM cost timely.
2. Coordinate and ensure smooth flow of new program launches: Supplier DFM, New tooling development, Components price, contracts/Blanket PO, Capacity confirmation, Material cost, etc.
3.Defines supply base (where to buy and what supplier to be awarded), strictly comply with the low cost country/region sourcing, process approvals and other sourcing strategies.
4.Implement smooth program launching and support from Purchasing side.
5.Walk and optimize the material cost in each phase before launch through working the cost down roadmap.
6. Other tasks assigned.
任职资格：
1、3年以上汽车线束或其他汽车制造业工作经验，有电动汽车行业经验者优先；
2、工业或商业相关学位；
3、良好的英语听说读写能力和沟通能力；
4、学习能力强，逻辑思维能力强，能吃苦耐劳；
5、能熟练运用excel, word, PPT等软件制作采购统计报表。
岗位职责：
1、负责客户新业务报价和产品变更请求，确保及时提交具有竞争力的BOM成本；
2、协调并确保新项目启动的顺利进行：供应商DFM，新模具开发，零部件价格，合同/订单，产能确认，材料成本等；
3、定义供应基础(在哪里采购，授予哪些供应商)，严格遵守低成本国家/地区采购，流程批准和其他采购策略；
4、执行项目的顺利启动并采购方面的支持；
5、在项目量产前，通过制定降本路线图，对每个阶段的材料成本进行评估和优化；
6、其他分配的任务。
