Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT technical support.Helpdesk trouble shooting.
2. Setup, install, and maintain IT software and hardware.
3. Keep all Shenyang office servers up and running, including file server, etc.
4. Maintain network devices, Cisco and Hua wei switch configutation, printers, and Cisco IP phones.
5. Monitor the stability and performance of IT systems and network.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (a major in Computer Science will be a plus).
2. Fluent English, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server is a must.
4. Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint) or similar tools required.
