Welding Technician 焊接技师

Core Responsibilities:



· Provides expert advice to product and process development engineers, related departments and plants on welding technology

· Supports planning processes where welding technology is applied

· Recommends state of the art equipment and machinery for welding technology to the respective business areas; negotiates with suppliers involved

· Builds up and maintains a customer/supplier base with regards to welding technology

· Supports launches and ramp-ups in plants worldwide, coordinates costs and timing issues

· Provides training and induction on welding technology

· Ensures knowledge transfer regarding welding technology

· Initiates and manages continuous improvement processes regarding welding technology

· Sets standards and internal guidelines concerning welding technology

· Responsible for troubleshooting of equipment, establishing preventative maintenance proce-dures

· Recommends and implements improvements to equipment-related issues.

· Others per the requirement.
