Main Objectives：To provide IT support service for all staff in the company to ensure a smooth operation of the IT systems.Key responsibilities： Provide Help desk to Local Area Network (LAN) users;Company IT Hardware maintenance and support;Duty for company data security, anti-virus and patch update; technical support and printer maintenance;SQL database, VB program maintenance, to make sure the production system running smoothly. Optimization and improvement the production system;Cooperate and support production engineer to solve production system problem;Duty for the maintenance work of barcode system and scanner machine in and production;Program design or process improvement （CIP）for production and office purpose;Other related job or projects given by the directly leader or company GM.
