BMS系统测试工程师

岗位职责：
Lead the system integration test and system test activities in a project (product scope BMS).
Study the product requirement specifications and create system test specifications of test setup and test execution process.
Interpret test specifications to ensure a common understanding within internal and external stakeholders.
Lead design and build-up of system test equipment according to test specification.
Executions of system tests according to test plan and test specification.
Create system test reports and interpret them to stakeholders.
Apply technical root cause analysis and resolution of issues found during testing.
任职要求：
Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronic, electrical, automation or other relevant specialties.
Minimum 3 years' experience of BMS test.
Fluent English, additional capability of languages such as German, Korean, Japanese is a plus.
Aware of product development life cycle V model methodology: from requirements to validation.
Hands on experience setting up BMS test facilities: control system, data acquisition, bootloader, UDS diagnosis.
Excellently with BMS test software, e.g., CANoe，CANalyzer，CANape，INCA, Other software experience.
Understanding of HIL test system design and MIL，SIL，HIL development for BMS test will be a plus.
Working with Herian Hil test system is a big plus.
Possessing teamwork spirit, collaboration and coordination skills.
