MEP 职责
- support for the new products integration and changes manufacturing concept update.
协助完成新产品和变更项目的生产方案的更新；
- create the budget and timing plan for new projects and changes
创建新项目和变更项目的预算和进度计划；
- lead the team to finish the integration design.
带领团队完成产品整合方案设计；
- communicate with supplier for the purchased fixture or machine issues such as the technic concept, timing plan, quality issue and contract items.
项目外包部分（夹具，设备）和供应商的沟通（技术方案，时间进度，交付质量和合同条款）.
- Apply purchasing request according to offers
根据供应商报价进行采购申请
- organize the internal work to finish the integration under the budget and time schedule.
组织公司内部关于产品整合的必要工作在预算和进度范围内完成；
- lead the projects to continue improve manufacturing process.
组织持续改善制造工艺活动；
- Document the project related issues such as the machine and fixture drawings, flow charts, PFMEA, EPP, acceptance protocol.
项目相关文件的维护（设备、夹具图纸，过程流程图，PFMEA，防错清单，验收文件等）.
- transfer the project to the production department such as the new machine, new fixtures, PM, PMP, EPP list, change over list, spare part list...
组织和运营部门的项目相关交接（生产设备，预防性维护，防错清单，换模指导，备件清单等）.
HSE Responsible / HSE 职责
1) 对自己本岗位的HSE负直接责任，认真学习、理解和严格遵守各项规章制度，有疑问或发现不安全行为/状态，立刻提出；Take the direct HSE responsibility for his job. Learn, understand and follow applicable work instructions, speak out if there are query or find improper behavior or situations;
2) 熟知本区域的风险和控制措施，知道如何应对应急情况； Familiar with his job’s risk and control measures, know how to deal with emergency situation;
3) 发生/发现事故，立即报告并积极协助事故调查；Report accident immediately and assist accident investigation;
4) 正确使用、维护和保管个人防护用品；Use, maintain and store PPE properly;
5) 积极参加HSE培训 Actively participate in HSE training;
6) 按时参加公司安排的各类职业健康体检； Attend occupational medical health check on time;
7) 有权制止任何不安全行为，有权拒绝任何违章指挥； Have right to stop any unsafe act and refuse risky directions
