招聘CTA Engineer客户质量工程师

1. Resiponsible for new project quality planning, internal release and quality release from customer
负责新项目质量策划，内部认可及客户质量认可；
-> Define control plan for sample/pre-series/production phase, and update CP if necessary
定义样件、试生产及生产阶段的控制计划，并在必要时进行更新；
-> Planning gage list for process, monitoring the progress for manufacturing and acceptance;
策划过程量检具清单，监控制造及接收进度；
-> Organize to submit PPAP/EMPB/ISIR/PSW to customer/组织向客户提交PPAP/EMPB/ISIR/PSW；
-> Organize internal PSW release/quality acceptance & customer trail run audit, monitoring implement of actions;
组织内部PSW认可、质量验收和客户试生产审核，监控措施实施；
-> Communicate with customer to get quality release/与客户沟通获得质量认可；
-> Define and organize to implement safe launch/定义并组织实施Safe launch；
2. Responsible for customer complain and internal PPM management/负责客户抱怨和内部PPM的管理；
-> Organize team to resolve 0km custmer complain timely and improve customer satisfaction;
组织团队及时解决客户零公里抱怨并提高客户满意；
-> Data maintenance in SAP system for customer complaint/在SAP系统中维护客户抱怨数据；
-> Analysis for 0km and take actions accordingly/对零公里进行汇总分析并采取相应的措施；
3. Responsible for internal process audit and product audit, support customer annual audit;
负责内部过程审核，产品审核，支持客户年度审核；
-> Define internal process and product audit plan, implement audit or monitoring the progress, effectiveness verification of actions;
定义内部过程审核及产品审核计划，实施或监控实施进度，验证措施效果；
-> Management of archived all relevant audit documentation/管理所有存档的审核文件；
4. Support for CTA quality management PFCC/负责支持佛山工厂的客户质量管理
5. Other tasks from direct supvisor.Other temporary task/上级主管分配的其他任务, 其他临时性工作
6. HSE responsibilities / HSE职责
1）对分管业务范围内的安全工作负责/Be responsible for the safety of in charge of the business scope.
2）针对厂内外的事故案例，进行安全培训。
In view of the plant inside and outside the accident case, training relevent employees, from the lesson learn.
3）负责监督本部门***安全员对新入厂的员工进行公司二级和岗位三级安全教育。
Responsible for monitoring the safety coordinator of the department for new employee the secondary and post level 3 safety education.
4）根据本公司生产特点，使员工掌握自我保护的意识和能力，确保安全生产。
According to our plant characteristic , make the employees master eprotect consciousness and ability, to ensure safety in production.
5）严格贯彻执行国家和本公司制定的安全生产管理制度。不违章指挥，不盲目指挥，不违章作业，不盲目蛮干。
To strictly carry out the law of the country and the safety production management regulation of company. Not illegal orders, not blind command, illegal operation, not blindly.
6）加强对生产设备、安全装置、防火设施的管理。从严要求指导员工进行安全生产。
7）按事故三不放过的原则，对发生的事故及时调查分析，及时做出处理意见，及时上报。在日常生产中，经常排查事隐患，不断改善劳动条件。　
According to the principle of accident three-no pass for accident investigation and analysis in time, make timely treatments and report . In daily production, check and eliminate hidden danger, improve working conditions
8）组织安全检查，协助解决有关安全问题，纠正违章行为，对检查发现的事故隐患提出整改意见，协助并督促有关部门落实隐患整改措施，对隐患整改情况进行跟踪检查。
Organization safety inspection, assist to solve the safety issues, correct illegal behavior, give some proposal for the hidden , assist and supervise and urge the relevant departments to carry out the action plan, follow up inspection.
职位要求：
1、机械或者电子相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、精通英语的办公使用，听说读写流利；
3、熟练使用办公软件；
4、有汽车或者相关零部件制造行业质量或者技术类经验3年以上；
5、沟通能力较强，可以与客户良好的沟通质量问题；
6、良好的抗压能力，可以适应经常出差的工作。
