YOUR TASKS
Acts as interface to the customer at the customer facility and gives primary customer quality support specified product characteristics for products in production to achieve a maximum of customer satisfaction
Analyzes customer product issues on a real-time basis and performs first defects analysis. Interprets testing results. Interfaces on a timely basis with the customer assembly, logistics and engineering personnel. Monitors and reports daily customer issues
Repairs and re-tests (leak testing, light function test and electronic performance testing) defective parts as required
Is responsible for organizing the containment and reaction measures for any suspect product at the customer location including supervision of 3rd party staff
Reports status of corrective actions and monitors effectiveness in the customer assembly plant
Is responsible for collecting and reporting of quality data
Is responsible for warranty items returned to resident site
Monitors and administers costs associated with customer plant returns
Attends customer meetings and product reviews on a regular basis
Acts as site coordinator for any new or revised product launches
Makes a circuit of the assembly plant and inventory locations on a daily basis to monitor and report defects
Coordinates the HELLA Quality Resident Workers at the customer site
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Professional education or special diploma
Job related experience more than 2 up to 3 years
