招聘变流器维修工艺工程师

Design converter maintenance layout, fixture and choose equipment& tool and compile methods technical requirement;

完成变流器维修的工艺布局图、工装及设备和工具的选型和编制工艺技术要求；

Finish converter maintenance related MBOM, ERP methods data maintenance, work instruction, flow, methods test report, methods review and other related methods documents;

完成变流器维修相关的MBOM、ERP工艺数据维护、作业指导书、流程图、工艺试验报告、工艺评审等工艺文件；

Determine converter maintenance standard times and continue to optimize it.

确定变流器维修标准工时并持续优化；

To interface between operations and maintenance engineering to improve the manufacturability of converter maintenance;

协调沟通维修工程与生产制造之间的相关事宜，以提高变流器维修的工艺性；

Reduce the production cost, improve maintenance quality, improve methods, layout optimization, logistic optimization and so Ｏn with Lean idea.

利用精益思想降低制造成本、提高维修质量、革新工艺、车间布局优化、物流优化等；

Solve the different kinds of converter maintenance process problems in time;

迅速解决变流器维修过程中出现的各类问题；

Provide training to workers to improve work skills and special knowledge;

培训车间工人以提高工作技能和专业知识；

In charge of related HSE&BOS responsibility of this position.
