招聘注塑工程师 Injection Tooling Engineer（技术员）

Develop and improve Ｏn injection molding technology. 注塑工艺的开发和改进。

Responsible for the maintenance and debug of the machine. 负责机器的维护和调试。
岗位要求：
1. Routine device and electrical management in production Department; 1. 生产部门日常设备及电气管理。
2. Participate in new mold trial and analysis; 2. 参与新模具的试制和分析。
3. Debug the machines, parameter improving and troubleshooting Ｏn molding and part quality problems; 3. 机器调试，注塑和零件质量问题的参数改进和故障排除。
4. Establish and implement maintenance plan Ｏn the machines, supervise OEE running situations, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment; 4. 建立和实施设备维护计划，监督OEE运行情况，确保设备的正常运行。
5. Assist in optimizations Ｏn shop layout and cycle times; Maintains and seeks continuous improvement of the manufacturing group’s performance. 5. 协助优化车间布局和生产周期;保持并寻求制造集团业绩的持续改进。
6. Make and execute the preventive maintenance to minimize down time of equipment / instrument. Responsible for equipment spare parts purchase application and manage the spare parts. 6. 制定并执行预防性维护以减少设备/仪器的停机时间。负责设备备件的采购申请和管理。
7. Analysis and put forward countermeasures as for short-term and long-term according to feedbacks from customer or quality staffs; 7. 根据客户或质量人员的反馈，分析并提出短期和长期的对策。
8. Optimizing and keep updated Ｏn related documents in accordance with system requirements or actual situations. 8. 根据系统要求或实际情况优化并更新相关文件。
9. In change of optimizing/changing/repairing the tool and device as necessary. 9. 在必要时对工具和设备进行优化/更换/维修。
10. Meet all requirements as assigned by the superior. 10. 满足上级分配的所有要求。

The rights to purchase the spare parts, components of the instruments, tools, equipment; 购买仪器、工具、设备零配件、部件的权利。
The rights to select the model of new devices; 选择新设备型号的权利。
The rights to correct informal operations and find potential risks in device operations; 纠正非正式操作和发现设备操作潜在风险的权利。
The rights to report to high level Ｏn KPI performance; 向高层汇报KPI绩效的权利。

技能要求：
Professional Competence 专业能力
College education, polymer materials or related majors; 高分子材料或相关专业大专以上学历。
More than five years experience in injection molding of plastic products, experience in auto exterior parts is preferred; 5年以上塑料制品注塑经验，有汽车外饰件经验者优先。
Proficient in the structure and performance of injection mold and injection molding machine, proficient in testing new products and improving process performance; ?精通注塑模具和注塑机的结构和性能，精通新产品测试和工艺性能提升。
Proficient in injection molding process to improve understanding of the performance of plastic materials, rich experience in quality control and inspection; ?精通注塑工艺，提高对塑料材料性能的理解，丰富的质量控制和检验经验。
Operate computer and other commonly office software skillfully; 熟练操作计算机常用办公软件。
Certain ability in English.一定的外语沟通能力。英语四级以上为佳。


上班地点：泰州光电产业园
工作时间：根据生产情况，有白班夜班。夜班有夜班补助，加班算加班费等
