The Product Design Engineer is responsible for delivery high quality 3D data and 2D drawing tocustomer base Ｏn styling surface, background package criteria and design guidelines.
产品设计工程师负责根据造型面、背景包装标准和设计指导方针，向客户交付高质量的3D数据和2D图纸。

Work with customer styling departments and determine feasibility, with our supplier and divisions resolve cost, appearance and processing issue.
与客户造型部门合作，确定可行性，与我们的供应商和部门一起解决成本，外观和加工问题。

As well as create design and engineering documents such as: CAD review report, design check list, design best practice, Bill of Material, D-FMEA, lesson learns etc.
创建设计和工程文件，如:CAD评审报告，设计检查表，设计***实践，材料清单，D-FMEA，经验教训等。

Set product development and design plan base Ｏn the customer timeline.
根据客户要求制定产品开发和设计计划。

Make main sections to analysis the feasibility of the styling surface, feedback to customer and fixation the issue.
制作主要部分分析造型面可行性，反馈给客户并解决问题。

Make proper datum and fixation strategy base Ｏn customer environment data input.

根据客户环境数据的输入，制定合适的基准和固定策略。

Create 3D model data according to guideline and design criteria.
根据指导原则和设计标准创建3D模型数据。

Create GD&T or 2D drawings base Ｏn manufacture capability and dimension & tolerance analysis.
根据生产能力和尺寸公差分析，绘制GD&T或2D图纸。

Manage Bought Out Parts (BOP) definition and ensure technical integration of suppliers;
管理外购零件(BOP)定义并确保供应商的技术整合;

Organize design review actives, finish Design Checklist and submit the output in proper format.
组织设计评审活动，完成设计检查表，并以适当的格式提交输出。

Summaries the design best practice and lesson learn.
总结设计的***实践和经验教训。

3D and 2D drawing data management according to department data procedure.
根据部门数据流程进行3d和2D图纸数据管理。

Update 3D or 2D drawing according to Engineering Change Notice.
根据工程变更通知更新3D或2D图纸。

Create DVP with experts and validation/testing teams, finish engineering document such as BOM, D-FMEA, CP etc.

与专家和验证/测试团队一起创建DVP，完成工程文档，如BOM, D-FMEA, CP等。

Validate product performance targets, involve critical tier 2 supplier;

验证产品性能目标，包括关键的二级供应商;

Liaise with industrial engineer to ensure product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched;

与工业工程师保持联系，确保产品和工艺特性在投产时得到控制;

Team work with tool manager for issue fixation from part tryout through system validations.
与工具经理合作，通过系统验证来解决问题。

Other duties as deemed necessary by department management.

Requirements
Professional Competence
专业能力

College degree or above major in Automobile/Mechanical/Material Engineering related.

大专以上学历，汽车/机械/材料工程相关专业。

Strong CAD operating skills Ｏn automotive parts—CATIA or UG

较强的汽车零部件CAD操作技能- catia或UG

Minimum 5 years design experience in exterior or interior trim parts, especially Ｏn AGS（Active Grille Shutter）

至少5年的内部或外部装饰部件设计经验，特别是AGS

Familiar with the exterior’s system/component specifications (STS/CTS), technical standards, critical part characteristics and required process controls

熟悉外部系统/部件规范(STS/CTS)、技术标准、关键部件特性和必要的工艺控制

Familiar with automotive plastics design guild-line and manufacturing technical knowledge.

熟悉汽车塑料设计指导线和制造技术知识。

Familiar with geometric design (DTS, GD&T), tolerance, and checking fixture

熟悉几何设计(DTS, GD&T)，公差，检具

Good verbal and written skills in English
