招聘Tool technician模具技术员

确保工厂模具在试生产、正常生产、优化、维护保养等方面的顺利进行。及时发现故障并进行工装或注塑改进。做好工装模具的进出管理。

Ensure smooth proceeding Ｏn mold trial out, optimization, production, maintenance. Timely trouble detection and tool or injection improvement. And ensure a good management in tool incoming/ outgoing.

岗位要求：

·       按照模具管理程序执行Implement according to tool management procedure;

·       负责分析量产模具的异常状况，协助确认修模方案以及追踪结果Responsible for analysing abnormal condition of mass-production moulds, assisting to confirm the repair scheme and following up the results;

·       解决日常生产中发现的相关模具问题Solve related tool problem found in production;

·       负责模具进出管理,建立模具清单和模具履历表管理Responsible for the tool incoming/outgoing management, tool list and tool history record management;

·       跟踪所有模具问题并验收Follow up all tool problems and acceptance;

·       协助改善注塑工艺Assist to improve the injection moulding process;

·       周期性地对模具进行A,B,C级保养Make necessary A,B,C maintenance in period Ｏn tools;

·       模具备品备件，易损件的管理Spare part, easily-worn part management Ｏn the tools;

·       满足上级安排的所有需求Meet all requirements as assigned by the superior.

Permissions权限

·         量产模具建议维护、保养、维修的权限

The rights to advise Ｏn maintenance, repair Ｏn mass production moulds;

·         模具区模具进出批准的权限The rights to approve mold moving from mold area;

·         试产模具验收转入量产的权限The rights to check and accept the tool which is ready for mass production;

·       模具备品备件易损件购买的权限The rights to purchase spare part and easily-worn parts of tools;

·         向上级汇报绩效的权限The rights to report to high level Ｏn KPI performance;

·       提出改进需求以满足客户需求的权限The rights to raise the demands Ｏn improving so as to meet customer requirements.

工作技能要求：

Professional Competence 专业能力

1.中专以上毕业Senior middle school graduation;

2.注塑模具方面知识Knowledge of injection tools;

3.相关注塑方面知识Related molding technology;

4.计算机常用办公软件Use commonly office software;

5.中等的英语书写水平要求Average written english requirement.

Social skills社会技能

1.有注塑模具厂模具维护保养管理五年以上年经验；

More than 5 year injection tools maintenance/ management experience in injection tool enterprises;

2.一定的注塑工艺经验；

Skills of molding process experience;

3.熟练操作计算机常用办公软件；

Operate computer and other commonly office software skillfully;

4.一定的外语沟通能力。

Certain ability in English.
