招聘销售经理

岗位职责：
1、参与公司环境方针，环境目标和实施方案中的制定并进行有效的执行
Participate in the formulation and effective implementation of the company's environmental policy, environmental goals and implementation plan
2、对公司环境因素的识别和运行控制
Identification and operation control of company environmental factors
3、根据公司战略规划协助制定年度销售计划和预算
Assist to develop annual sales budget and plan according to business development requirement
4、负责开发新客户，维护良好的客户关系，并加大发掘产品的市场占有率
Take Charge to develop new customer, maintain the good customer relationship, spread and develop the product share of the market
5、为管理团队收集行业市场信息和最终用户反馈，结合各方意见从而制定销售策略、售后服务，产品改进和新产品开发等
Collecting the marketing information and feedback from end customer, based Ｏn each side advice to make sale strategy, after sale services and new product development.
6、准时参加销售会议，并能按要求提交销售分析报告
Make sure to join in the sales meeting Ｏn time, provide the analysis report of the market.
7、商务谈判，合同文档的审核和签订
Customer negotiation, Contract document and signature
8、订单处理和跟踪客户付款
Deal with the PO and follow the Customer payment
9、领导布置的其他工作任务
Other tasks assigned by leaders

其他要求：
1、大专及以上学历,机械，电气，汽车或相关专业
Academy and above, major in Mechanical ,electrical or Automotive or related
2、5年以上制造业经验，汽车行业优先
5 years and above in manufacturing, Automotive industry is preferred
3、熟悉通用APQP,良好的沟通能力
Familiar with APQP and experienced in communication
4、拥有领导力和管理理念和能力
Have Leadership and management concept and capability
5、CET - 6及以上，英文口语和读写良好
CET - 6 and above. Fluent English in oral and writing
6、熟悉通用办公室自动化软件，会使用CAD等软件，例如：Office, Visio等
Familiar with general OA software, Can use CAD software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc
