 In charge of project arrangement, include make plan with customer, communication, technician arrangement, site daily job trace, problem summarize and report, each kind of resource coordination during project execution, etc.
负责现场项目的管理与跟进，包括与客户计划的制定，沟通，工程师安排，每日现场工作量的追踪，项目执行期间的问题汇报，各种所需资源的协调等。
- In charge of project budget management, include project of OCME Italy and OCME Jiaxing, the target is to control all actually costs within 85% of the budget.
负责项目预算的管理，包括奥克梅意大利和奥克梅嘉兴的项目，目标是控制实际成本不超过预算的85%。
- Able to collect all information feedback by AFS engineer regarding machine problems , assistant AFS manager to coordinate with other related department in company, make the time plan for problem solving and follow up .
负责现场信息的收集与设备问题的反馈，并能协助售后服务经理协调公司其他部门，制定相应的现场问题解决计划表并实施。
- In charge of project acceptance, able to complete machine acceptant test in time and get back the signed acceptance certificate.
负责推动设备的验收工作，在公司指定的时间内完成设备验收交付并拿到签字的验收证明。
- In charge of building customer profile and update, coordinate with sales department for customer visit.
负责对客户资料及设备状态进行建档管理，并与销售部门合作建立有效的客户回访计划并实施。
- To be the key communication window Ｏn behalf of AFS, good language organization and expression skills are required (bilingual: Chinese and English are required to be able to communicate with customers both in Mainland and Abroad); As well as strong communication skills; should be familiar with the functions of all OCME equipment; And Ｏn-site engineering management, or mechanical - electrical academic background is needed.
作为售后服务部的对外窗口之一，需要具备良好的语言组织与表达能力（双语：要求能使用中英双语和国内外客户进行沟通）；具有强大的沟通能力；应熟知奥克梅所有设备的功能；并具有现场工程管理，机械电气相关学业背景。
- Able to training other junior, senior PM and assistant in field engineering team.
能够培训其他初级，中级项目经理以及助理。
- Able to work Ｏn After Sales CRM (job tickets, warranty request, etc.) and cooperate to develop the tool.
能够使用售后CRM系统（工单、质保需求等…）并能合作开发此工具。
- 3 years After Sales CRM experience;
- Good communication skills;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Good skills in common MS Office tools;
- Preferential but not necessary: project management skills
