客户服务工程师

1. 负责国内外客户产品选型。
Responsible for internal and international customer’s product selection.
2. 负责国内外客户投诉,如记录，分析，进程跟踪及反馈。
In charge of internal and international customers complaints. For example, record, analysis, follow
and response of complaint cases.
3. 负责客户索要的数据报告，文件等准备与提供。
Responsible for supplying reports, data and other files.


职务要求：
1. 本科或以上，机电一体化相关背景
Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical and electrical or related
2. 两年及以上客户服务工作经验
Two years and above customer service experience
3. 有机电一体化产品的基本知识背景
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical products.
4. 项目管理技能
Project Managements skills.
5. 英语：读，写
Fluent English in writing.
6. 熟练操作日常办公软件，如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc
Familiar with general OA software, e.g. Word, Excel, etc
7. 富有团队精神，强的责任心和主动性
Teamwork spirit, a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
