Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for occupational health work, implement national regulations and standards, ensure STZ OH legal compliance and SCHOTT relevant requirements conformance.
2. Organize occupational health examination for employees and establish health examination files.
3. Organize and carry out monitoring of occupational hazard factors, register, report and file.
4. Responsible for the establishment of enterprise occupational health management archives, declaration and other work.
5. Take charge of the work of OH training and publicizing the OH law and codes.
6. Support ISO 45001 management system.
7. Establish OH procedures and update it regularly.
8. Liaise with *** health authority.
9. Other tasks as assigned.

Experience and Competencies
1. Occupational health management, EHS related education background, all other similar background.
2. More than 3 years occupational health management working experience, preferred to have experience developing, driving and execution OH program.
3. Familiar with requirement of OH laws, codes of occupational disease prevention.
4. Good written and spoken English skills.
