招聘PLC工程师

1. Responsible for wiring design of electrical cabinet, E-drawing with E-Plan, PLC programming， HMI configuration, debugging and frequency converter parameter setting;

负责电柜的布线设计、E-plan电气图纸绘制，电气部件选型，熟练使用各类PLC及HMI程序编写调试及变频器参数设定；

2. BOM establishment, I/O design ; to finish the M-E docking sheet.

BOM 制作，I/O表制作，和机械工程师一起完成机电对接表；

3. Assist workshop maintenance for electrical fault maintenance and program optimization;

协助车间维修进行电气故障维修及程序优化；

4. Responsible for establishing the electrical spare parts list, PM of electrical components and regular backup of PLC programs;

负责产线电气备件清单的制定、电气部件的保养及PLC程序定期备份；

5. Make daily work records in accordance with GMP regulations;

按照GMP规范，做好每日工作记录;

6. Obey the standard operation procedure, work safely and effectively;

遵守相关操作规程，安全、有效地工作;

7. Correct and standard wear PPE in work;

工作中正确、规范穿戴PPE;

8. Keep the working environment clean and orderly;

保持工作环境的整洁和有序;

9. Accept other tasks assigned by superiors;

接受上级派遣的其他任务;

10. For the unreasonable parts of the production line and documents found in the work, put forward your own suggestions and feedback.

针对工作中发现的产线、文件不合理部分，提出自己的建议和反馈。

任职资格：

1.Familiar with PLC and frequency converter, have low-voltage electrician certificate, experience in debugging PLC program of production line is better;

    熟悉PLC及变频器，有低压电工证，有产线PLC程序调试经验更佳;

2.Have a certain mechanical and electrical knowledge and have good hands-on ability;

    具有一定的机械、电气理论基础，具有良好的动手能力;

3.High learning enthusiasm, comply with company discipline, strong execution.

    学习热情高，遵从公司纪律，执行力强；
