岗位要求Requirement:
1. 应届毕业生或毕业2年内;Recent graduates or graduated within 2 years;
2. 本科以上学历, ***/***/硕士优先考虑; Bachelor degree or above, ***/***/Master is preferred;
3. 具备良好的英文听说读写能力; Good English skill in listening, reading, speaking and writing;
4. 理工科背景,无机非金属、材料学、机械类、工业类、化学化工类等相关理工科专业优先。Inorganic nonmetallic, materials, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering,industry design or related major is preferred.
培养路径The cultivating path:
圣华学院(6个月,轮岗+定向)→ 定向部门培养专业知识(1-3年)→ 部门关键岗位发展
SGD Pharma Academy (6 months, job rotation + orientation) → Specialized knowledge training in orientation department (1-3 years) → Key position development in the department
