1.要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人各种食品及饮料。

1. 熟知当天订餐情况，注意记录宾客的特别活动(如生日庆祝会)，应及时向主管汇报。

岗位要求 Job requirements
1.有餐饮或其他服务行业工作经验者优先。(实习生、应届毕业生也可）
