Job Summary
Responsible for strategic planning, Parts & Service sales, profitability & overall management of the Parts & Service business in a complex and challenging situation.
Job Responsibilities
Continue developing the strategy in achieving the business goal in short term and long term
Profit & loss as well as key ratios for the SRH after-market business.
Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share & consolidated profitability.
Fully implement the service divisional marketing initiatives
Implement service segmentation strategy and infill with correct offerings and channels
Develop strategy for mix fleet customers with products offering and technology
Develop appropriate market and sales strategies for aftermarket products (service agreement, life circle service, training products….), with the objective of achieving and exceeding the targets
Communicate, develop and implement Parts and Service plans in line with the respective CNS/SVS strategy
Liaise with internal stakeholders (R&D, Production, supply chain) to articulate customers' requirements and opportunities to increase market share through the delivery of innovative solutions through research and development and automation.
Measure market coverage through use of CRM and other MarCom tools.
Lead, coach, motivate & support the competence development of direct and indirect reports to achieve maximize outcomes and synergies for AM sales .
Ensure that " M:O value" & " Code of Conduct" are followed.
Be a strong supporter and implementer of all QEHS policies, guidelines and initiatives
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Experience Requirements
Successful experience in leading and guiding a team of service sales
At least 10 years managerial experience
Experience in the mining and/or construction industry
Experience in direct sales with SOE customers
Knowledge / Educational Requirements:
Engineering and/or business qualifications are essential.
Innovative in parts and Service business solutions
Excellent organizational development skills.
Fluency in English
Fluency in Mandarin is necessary.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
A strong leader who can accomplish results through working with people
A quick learner and excellent team player
