JOB DESCRIPTION
To fully understand the business requirement and scope of work by the assigned function area.
2. To ensure current business processes are effectively supported by ERP
3. Analyze process gap & establish the best practice with global team lead
4. Ensure Jabil WeiHai business process has no major deviation from corporate business practises
5. Ensure functional requirements are configured with opportunity for future enhancement
6. Ensure functional training material for end user are properly structured and well delivered in the training sessions.
7. Ensure end user are being trained & are prepared for new ERP system
8. Ensure business scenarios are well evaluated during integration testing with related function area
9. Ensure co-ordination of data clean-up & data mapping are effectively validated in the new system
10. Ensure smooth implementation with no interruption to business towards go-live schedules
11. To boost the confidence level of end users in working with new system
12. Support and resolve operational issues without impacting business opportunity
13. Identify and strive for continuous process improvement with development plan
14. Participate in ERP upgrades and coordinate global enhancement of ERP with Asia & core team for Jabil WeiHai
15. Coordinate necessary revision classes to gear up system knowledge for related end users
16. Plan & conduct full training sessions for new hires throughout the year
17. Collate Jabil Weihai ERP systems capability with corporate and strive for best functionality towards management goal
RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in ERP system and related tool implementation/ upgrade /traing to end user/trouble shooting;
5 years of MRP2 experience with good understanding of ERP system knowledge;
a bachelor’s degree in IT related;
Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills;
Attention to detail and ability to work well with teams.
