设备电气设计工程师

1. 根据新制机床的技术需求，与专机机械工程师、软件工程师一起确定硬件技术要求并进行选型和电气系统的设计，最终确定设计方案并统计电气元器件清单。
According to the technical requirements of the new machine tool, work with the mechanical engineer and software engineer to determine the hardware technical requirements and design the selection and electrical system, and finally determine the design plan and count the electrical components list.
2. 根据待改造机床信息及改造需求，确定电气方面的软硬件需求并制定改造方案及电气元器件清单；

3. 负责专机所进行的新制和改造机台的电气调试工作；

4. 与专机电气技术员一起设计新制机床和改造机床的电气图纸，并负责校验；

5. 对所设计和改造机床的后续相关问题进行跟踪并提出优化解决方案；

6. 负责个人办公区域及调试用具的规范和完整性；

7. 及时提出电气用具与其他备件方面的需求，以便及时组织制造和采购；

8. 指导操作人员正确和安全使用操作生产设备，并根据需要编撰操作指导书；

9. 完成领导指派的其它工作；

10. 遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范；

11. 负责设备改造，装配过程中的环境管理。

12. 在设计过程中贯彻执行有关设计工作的政策、标准、法规及本公司质量管理体系文件；

13. 负责修订和完善与本职工作相关的规章制度、程序文件、工作指导书和各类工作（操作）规范等；

14. 对本岗位相关的各项工作进行持续改善；
