工艺类工程师

1、根据上级确定的工作目标和要求，制订本模块工作计划，并有效贯彻实施；

Make functional working plans according to the working plan made by superior and effectively implement plans and fulfill objectives.

2、根据机加工设备规划编制附属装备、辅助与配套设施的规划与技术要求；

Plan and define the technical requirement for machining equipment and corollary equipment according to machining equipment planning, meanwhile refer to Item 3

3、主导机加工生产设备的安装调试，协调处理设备技术质量问题，验收合格并出具《设备终验收报告》；

Lead the machining-manufacturing equipment installation and testing; Coordinate the resolution of technical and quality problems so as to achieve the final-acceptance and finish 《final acceptance report of equipment》;

4、跟踪设备质保期内的使用情况（特别是在进入批产状态之前），及时记录相关问题，并反馈设备供应商及联系其整改，同时通知相关使用和责任部门；

Track the equipment status within the warranty, esp. in the period of before SOP, by recording the existing issues, then feedback to the supplier and request for improvement, meanwhile inform the user department and co-responsible department;

5、定期开展设备能力调研，提出更新改造规划，并负责实施；

Investigate the machine capacity periodically, make update and improving plan, then implement

6、负责对管辖范围内整个过程（工艺）进行控制，并编制相应的管控文件（例如：《过程流程图》《过程潜在失效模式（PFMEA）》《机加工作业指导书》《关键特性及过程设计验证》《节拍分析表》《零缺陷装置清单》《零缺陷验证指导书》《工装台账》《工装点检操作指导书》《换型操作指导书》《返工作业指导书及返工策略》）等等。

Carry out control to the processing processes within the managerial range，and establish the interrelated controlling documents（such as : 《Process flow chart》 《PFMEA》 《machining works instruction》 《Key features and process design validation》 《Water flow chart》 《Poka-Yoke appliance list》 《Poka-Yoke validating instruction》 《Toolings list》 《Checking toolings instruction》 《Changeover instruction》 《Reworking instruction and strategy》 ）and so on

7、负责工装设计、验证、分析与改善；负责工装制造、质量和加工流程跟踪控管；负责公司工装使用过程中工装使用管理和突发事件的应急处理事项; 负责新项目产品工装开发任务

Responsible for tooling design, validation, analysis and improvement; Responsible for tooling manufacturing, quality and Processing flow tracking control; Responsible for solving tooling problems in production in time; Responsible for the new project tooling planning

8、根据设备的技术特性，生产方式效率，提出人员发展需要和培训计划；

Put forward personnel development demands and make training plan according to the equipment technical

9、主导解决生产过程中出现的设备、工艺、工装等问题，并持续优化改进.

Responsible for solving the relevant machine \ process and tooling problem in the course of production ,and continuously optimizing and improving .

10、主导烟台工厂的相关科目预算的信息收集和计算，并最终形成表格

Responsible for collecting and drawing the relevant budget account and achieve the sheet at last

11、主导烟台工厂相关领域或产线的产能核算、产能缺口方案制定、固定资产处置计划等工作

Responsible for the calculation and verification of the capacity of the relevant lines or field, make plan for the gaps, and make plan for the disposal of fixed assets

12、进行持续改进，并修订和完善与本职工作相关的各类规范；

Carry out job improvement continuously and in charge of revision and perfect related regulations, which are relative to daily work.

13、遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范；

Comply with laws, regulations, company regulations and relative post standards.

14、理解并遵循质量、环境方针，遵守质量、环境管理手册，确保质量，做好本岗位的污染预防和控制工作，并完成各类评审改善事项。
