现场质量工程师

1. 根据上级确定的工作目标和要求，制订本模块工作计划，并有效贯彻实施；
Make functional working plans according to the working plan made by superior and effectively implement plans and fulfill objectives.
2. 负责解决生产现场发生的质量技术问题，分析废品产生的原因，并召集有关人员协调处理；
Be responsible for coordinating solutions to quality technological issues happening in production site, analyzing reasons for waste products, and coordinate trouble shooting;
3. 参与新项目的工作，并对新项目前期的过程问题做好统计并反馈项目经理。
Participate in new project work, and do the statistics of the new project process problems and feedback to the project manager.
4. 确保产品控制计划、检验规范和产品审核规范的实施；
Ensure the execution of product control plan, inspection specification and product approval specification;
5. 对于生产过程中和顾客零公里抱怨的质量问题，组织和协助相关人员制定纠正预防措施，并进行跟踪验证，以确保产品质量处于受控状态；
For quality problems in productive process and clients’ zero-kilo complaints, organize and assist relevant departments to formulate corrective and preventive measures and follow up tracing and verification, to ensure the product quality in control;
6. 定期对不合格品进行统计分析并处理，制定持续改进计划并向上级汇报；
Count and analyze unaccepted products regularly, formulate constant improvement plan and report to the superior;
7. 向母公司及时通报供应商质量问题，并协助进行供应商质量改进及索赔等相关工作。
Report suppliers’ quality problems to parent company timely and assist related work such as suppliers’ quality improvement and claims.
8. 进行持续改进，并修订和完善与本职工作相关的各类规范；
Carry out job improvement continuously and in charge of revision and perfect related regulations, which are relative to daily work.
9. 遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范；
Comply with laws, regulations, company regulations and relative post standards.
10. 理解并遵循质量、环境方针，遵守质量、环境管理手册，确保质量，做好本岗位的污染预防和控制工作，并完成各类评审改善事项。
