一、职责描述Responsibilities：
1、遵守《员工手册》的要求；
1. Comply with the requirements of the Employee Handbook;
2、进行新产品开发相关的调研、设计、计算、试装、测试、优化维护及其他临时性工作。
2. Do conduct research, design, calculation, trial installation, testing, optimization and maintenance and other temporary work related to new product development.
3、负责技术资料的制作，输出并进行必要的生产服务。
3. Responsible for the production of technical data, output and necessary production services.
二、任职资格 Qualifications：
1、具有最近连续三年以上收获机、青饲机研发工作经历或本科及以上学历毕业生，有产品开发项目主持经验者优先。
1. With more than three consecutive years of harvester, green feeding machine research and development experience or bachelor degree or above, with product development project management experience is preferred.
2、能熟练运用UG、Solidworks、CAD等设计工具,能熟练使用Office办公软件。
